The Food Evolution Manitoba Teacher's Guide is designed to accompany the viewing of the 2016 documentary Food Evolution.

The activities are designed to have students learn:

• information about GMOs
• how science is used and misused to support an argument
• how to determine credible and non-credible sources of scientific information
• to critically think about the media’s role in the GMO debate
• to be more discerning consumers of information
